Return & Exchanges
BY PURCHASING FROM LUXETHIRTYONE YOU AGREE TO OUR RETURN POLICY.
- All eligible items must be accompanied with tags within 15 days of when you received your item(s). Body suits are considered FINAL SALE
- Refunds: Your refund will be processed as STORE CREDIT only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- If you are looking for an exchange, please e-mail us your order number, the item you wish to exchange and what size you would like to exchange it for. We will confirm availability via email.
- If you did order pick up and would like to exchange/return the item(s) please send us a DM through Instagram or send us an e-mail.
- For shipping customers, you are responsible for the shipping charges. Please email to get returning shipping address. We do recommend getting a tracking number as LuxeThirtyONE will not be responsible for any lost item(s).
- Once we receive item(s) we will inspect the item to make sure it’s in its original condition and then we will issue you a store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Once you receive the store credit the cost of the shipping will be deducted off your store credit.
- For any damage or defected item(s) please email us at your order number and pictures of the damage or defected item(s).
